Over The Phone Triage:

• Expert Consultation: $49.00 - Engage in a focused discussion with our professional technical support team. During this conversation, we'll guide you through any potential to resolve the issue yourself and delve into understanding the problem. Based on our assessment, we'll offer you tailored advice on whether repairing or replacing your product is the most cost-effective solution.

Over 56" TV Repair (On-Site):

• Initial Call-Out: $219, which includes arranging the visit and up to 45 minutes of labour on the day.
• Additional Labour: Charged at $25.00 for each additional 15-minute block or part thereof, offering a cost-effective solution for your repair needs.
• Unattended Site Fee: A $65.00 fee applies if no one is home at the scheduled service time without at least 24 business hours prior notice.
• Return Visits: Should we need to fit replacement spare parts, a $100.00 fee includes another 30 minutes of labour.
• Spare Parts: We’ll provide you with a quote for any necessary spare parts. Our experts will also advise whether it’s more cost-effective to repair or replace your TV.

Under 56" TV Repair (Carry-In):

• Carry-In Service: $129.00, which includes an in-depth technical assessment/service.
• Spare Parts: We’ll provide you with a quote for any necessary spare parts. Our experts will also advise whether it’s more cost-effective to repair or replace your appliance.

Terms & Conditions:

• Booking Confirmation: We’ll confirm your booking within 48 hours, giving you peace of mind and reliable service.
• On-Site Appointment Times: While we aim to be on time, please note that appointment slots are approximate. Delays may occur due to unexpected issues in previous bookings.
• Carry-In: Our team will confirm with you the closest available repairer suited to complete the TV repair. 
  
• Warranties: Rest easy with manufacturer warranties on all spare parts (varies by brand) and a 3-month workmanship warranty on all labour related to your repair.
